The Bucket
Inspired by the short story from Tatiana Pastorello's book "Mulheres Fortes Não Ganham Flores", this track portrays the harsh routine of a mother in the Brazilian backcountry (Sertão) and the historical turning point brought by rainwater cisterns. An old bucket, once a symbol of a heavy burden, takes a place of honor in the living room as a monument of gratitude for a hard past overcome and a bright future achieved.
